Bubba The Cowboy Prince: A Fractured Texas Tale

Today we’re saddling up for a root and tootin good time because we’re reading one of my absolute favorite silly stories, Bubba the Cowboy Prince written by Helen Ketteman and illustrated by James Warhola. This book is a Texas style Cinderella story, but instead of glass slippers and a fancy ball, we’ve got boots, spurs, and a hoe down. Bubba is kind, hardworking, and always doing the chores for his not so nice stepdaddy and step brothers. But when Miz Lurleen throws a big ranch party, Bubba gets a little magical help, and that’s when the fun begins. So, grab your cowboy hat, tilt it just right, and get ready to your way into this goofy galloping adventure. Let’s turn the page and start reading Bubba the Cowboy Prince.
